The holiday season is here. Along with the holiday season comes cold weather and lot's of tempting treats and family meals. Don't let the cold interrupt your training and don't allow all those delicious holiday foods pack on extra body weight. Keep running no matter how cold it gets with our tips on dressing for the cold. The weather may be turning cold and wet but that doesn't mean you need to feel that way.
